August 16th 2008 - Kids class update!!

This week we will be adding a Thursday night kids class. This class will be from 6pm-7pm and will include weapons and sparring. The first two kids to earn there self defense patchs were Jason Glass and Connor Houston!! Awesome job guys!!

WHAT IS HYBRID SHOTOKAN?

Hybrid Shotokan is one of the most complete martial arts systems around. It combines Shotokan Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Stick Fighting, and Knife Defense. You will be able to defend yourself on your feet, and on the ground.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No, you will not have to sign a contract. You pay as you go. If you want to take a month off, you just don't pay the monthly fee at the begining of that month.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Students are expected to pay attention, work hard, and try their very best. You will learn traditional Shotokan Karate techniques, kata, hard-hitting punching and kicking combinations, ways of taking someone to the ground, devastating submission holds, and you'll get a pretty good workout. Your mind and body will be tested like they have never been tested before.
